Automate KPI and incentive calculation for Sales & Service teams, replacing manual scripts with a parameterised system integrated with EDW.
Saves ~6 working days/month, eliminates fraud risk gaps, adds audit trail, resolves obsolete OS/DB (Windows Server 2008), and supports Disaster Recovery.

Build a user-friendly web form on Maybank.co.id for customers to submit referrals and product/program registrations, replacing manual processes.
Faster referral verification and fee disbursement, improved customer acquisition experience, automated reporting via email and SFTP.
Daftar Cicilan Syariah(Installment Calculator) v4.0
Rebuild the installment calculator app (previously v4.0, now corrupted) to support both conventional and Shariah loan calculations across all business units.
Replaces broken v4.0 and limited v2.2, auto-calculates margin/profit-sharing when installment date differs from akad date, supports MMq akad with simplified single-version template, and can be installed on all BU laptops/PCs.
RiskPro Enhancement
Streamline risk management input so users only enter data once to populate both the quarterly (3-bulanan) and semester RiskPro templates, replacing the current two-website, double-entry process.
Reduces input time and effort, eliminates duplicate data entry, and modernizes the quarterly template (currently using legacy CRPR ~2012).
